Target chronic tension, restricted movement, and deep holding patterns with hands-on myofascial release. This technique works with your connective tissue to improve mobility, posture and pain relief. Sessions combine trigger point therapy (Pain & tension relief). TPT is a precise and effective technique for relieving chronic pain. Trigger point therapy identifies and releases “knots” in the body to restore function and fluidity. Ideal for clients experiencing back, neck and hip tension. *Often combined with Pilates. ($130)

Experience Japanese Energy Medicine Therapy in a 50 minute session. Reiki is a gentle, powerful technique for releasing energetic blocks and restoring balance. I’m Inez, a passionate health and wellness expert with over eight years of experience transforming lives as a Pilates Instructor, Studio Manager, Health Coach, Ayurvedic Health Counselor, and Reiki Practitioner. My mission is to guide you toward optimal health through tailored strategies for sustainable weight loss, balanced blood sugar management, autoimmune support, and long-term lifestyle change.
By combining my expertise in Pilates and Myofascial Release Therapy, I help clients build core strength, improve flexibility, tone their bodies, and find relief from pain and post-surgical discomfort. I also specialize in Pre/Postnatal Pilates. My holistic approach blends Reiki, meditation, Ayurvedic practices, and somatic movement to foster harmony in body, mind, and spirit.
What sets my coaching apart is my deep understanding that wellness is a personal journey. I focus on longevity and self-discovery—supporting clients as they transform deeply ingrained habits into sustainable, healthful choices. My patient and supportive method encourages lasting change, helping you enjoy intuitive eating and adopt a balanced 80/20 lifestyle—where healthy choices are satisfying, not restrictive.

Before I stepped fully into the wellness space, I built a successful career as a Fashion Designer in NYC. My shift toward holistic health began as a personal quest for knowledge around cancer prevention and diabetes management. The demands of the fashion industry led me to explore meditation and self-care to maintain balance and well-being. A pivotal moment came when I launched my fashion line while supporting my father through his cancer diagnosis—an experience that profoundly reshaped my purpose. Returning to California allowed me to prioritize health and well-being, ultimately leading to a career path that now nourishes both me and those I work with.
I’m certified by the Health Coach Institute as a Health Coach Practitioner (ICF, CCE), specializing in Behavior Change and Functional Nutrition. I’m also a certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor through Yogamaya NYC and a Fully Comprehensive Pilates Instructor trained by Balanced Body. My background in Myofascial Release and Trigger Point Therapy rounds out a whole-body, integrative approach to healing. Now based back in NYC, I continue to support clients around the globe through virtual health and Pilates programs.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me indulging my love of fashion, dancing Hula and Tahitian, traveling with my partner, or enjoying a refreshing Spin or Yoga class in the city.

Comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows movement. For Pilates, barefoot or grippy socks are suggested (no shoes). For Myofascial Release and Reiki, wearing loose, comfortable clothing is recommended.

Check-in Process:
You may need to undergo two check-ins:
● The first at the building’s front desk, where you should inform them you're here for Mint Pilates, hosted by Arrive Studio.
● The second at the Arrive Studio front desk on an iPad. If it’s your first visit, the front desk staff will give you a quick tour of the space. I will meet you at the front desk when you arrive.

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations to avoid charges. Due to high demand and limited availability, cancellations within 48 hours will be charged in full for the scheduled session. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. This policy helps us accommodate other clients and respects our instructors’ schedules.
